Red Ribbon Run

This morning I ran the Red Ribbon 5k! Run to be drug free!! It was a really cold morning, but fortunatly the snow didn't start until after I finished the race. I have to say that this race was much easier than the first 5k I ran in August. I cut off 3 minutes from my time coming in at 26:50!! I am also running the First Dam 10k in a few weeks. I don't know how I'm going to get my training in with such crappy weather, but I'll make it work some how. I never ever thought I would say this, but, I really like to run!

This is me at home after the race. See the snow?

Ok, wow. I'm impressed. Freezing weather, high altitude, and an awesome time. You rock! (and you make me look bad ;) )

I'm so happy for you! I wish I could catch some of that running bug. I need to exercise more and feel like I'm at a loss. I sure look up to you!

WOOT! You ROCK! I'm pretty sure that's faster than any of my 5k races.
