NYC Day 3

Day 3 started out bright and early with a trip down to Rockefeller plaza to see the Train Concert courtesy of the Today Show. We didn't get very close, but it was still a blast. See that little head in the center amid all the posters? That is Patrick Monahan, the lead singer of Train.
My favorite songs were "Drops of Jupiter," and "Soul Sister."

Don't we looked exhausted? We got up at 5:30am (that's 3:30am Utah time!)

Then we went to Times Square. It's crazy there.
Me waiting for the subway train.
Then we went to the Empire State Building. You know how in Sleepless in Seattle Meg Ryan just walks up to the main desk in the building and asks to go to the top and goes right up an elevator? It doesn't work like that. It took us a whole hour before we actually made it to the 86th floor, plus $40, plus walking up the last 6 flights of stairs. It was still worth it! The view was breath taking!

Kathryn and Mark took us to a fancy Sushi place Friday night and it was sooo yummy. I am now a fan of Sushi! Then we decided to go to Mark (O's) office. He works right in Times Square.

But first, here are a few pictures of baby Ila!

Isn't she just a doll?

She is such a gorgeous baby!
Here she is with her mommy!

Here is Times Square at night.
Here is Mark in his fancy schmancy lawyer office! ;)

And here we are riding the subway back to Mark and Kathryn's after another fun filled day in NYC!
